MINELAB CUSTOMER WARRANTY & REPAIR HELP

So the dust has settled & we are starting to rebuild after our surprise supplier divorce. It was a bit of a shock but we have a great little business & awesome customers who deserve our help & the benefits we offer. Nothing has changed. We are STILL about bringing the best products we can find & offering them to consumers at fair prices & with the security of great back-up service & help.
So, for Minelab detector owners with warranty or repair issues please follow the procedure below…..
For warranty claims please send the faulty component [eg control box, coil, handle assembly etc] to the following address. You need to write a description of the issue & include details about what you have done to try & resolve the issue. You also need to include your name, address, contact number, email & date of purchase. Non-warranty claims are the same process but they will bill you for the work & they will need to be in touch for quotes, recommendations or repair issues, so include your details [especially phone number]!
As an unrecognised dealer we have no further contact with Minelab so can no longer process warranty claims or repairs. Mailing address is:
